Duties Lead and manage daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols Oversee food handling, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring and ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability Train new staff members on food safety procedures, customer service techniques, and operational protocols Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of duties to optimize restaurant performance Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience within the food industry or hospitality management setting Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently Basic math skills for inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality management who are eager to lead teams, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver memorable dining experiences.
