Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals while maintaining a positive work environment Prepare and serve food items efficiently, adhering to food safety and quality standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels through proper stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or waste Train new staff on food preparation, customer service protocols, safety procedures, and POS operation Supervise food production, kitchen activities, and ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Assist with shift management duties including scheduling, staffing adjustments, and performance monitoring Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations Previous supervising or team management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory control Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication and staff training Experience with food industry operations including culinary tasks, kitchen management, or catering is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift responsibilities effectively Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casual dining environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality!
