Duties:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in the food industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Catering:
    Experience with catering events and large-scale food preparation
  • Food service: Knowledge of proper serving techniques and customer service skills

  • Food industry: Understanding of the food industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices
