We are hiring for both Team Member and Shift Leader positions in Savannah and Pooler stores. Whether you are looking for your first job, a flexible part-time role, or an opportunity to build your leadership experience, we offer a fast-paced, positive environment to help you grow. Role Responsibilities Team Members Welcome guests warmly and assist them in selecting recipes tailored to their fitness and wellness goals. Measure, blend, and serve premium, custom smoothies accurately and quickly. Operate the POS system, process transactions, and maintain an organized cash drawer. Maintain clean prep stations, wash equipment, and follow health, food safety, and sanitation protocols. Stock retail shelves, prep ingredients, and restock supplies throughout the shift. Shift Leaders (All Team Member duties, plus): Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring speed of service, recipe consistency, and brand standards. Open and close the store according to company checklists, including safe and register management. Train, coach, and motivate team members during shifts. Manage mid-shift breaks, task delegation, and immediate guest feedback.
