Job Description

Overview A growing organization is seeking an experienced Food Services Director to lead food service operations, team development, quality standards, and financial performance within a multi-faceted dining environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop food service staff and supervisors.
  • Oversee daily dining operations, food production, and service delivery.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Manage departmental budgets, food costs, labor expenses, and purchasing activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to support operational objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Coordinate special events, catered functions, and unique dining experiences as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive food service leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Food safety certification preferred. Ideal Candidate
