Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Kitchen/Dietary Manager to lead our culinary and nutritional services within an assisted living environment. This vital role combines management expertise with a passion for promoting health and well-being through nutritious meal planning and exceptional dietary care. As a Kitchen/Dietary Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that meet residents' dietary needs. Your leadership will foster a positive, efficient, and compassionate atmosphere that enhances residents' quality of life. Duties (Including but not limited to) Required to have Food Safety Certification or willing to acquire within 60-days of hire. Manage all aspects of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery to ensure high-quality nutrition for residents Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Monitor budgeting and inventory management to optimize resources while maintaining quality standards Communicate with supervisor regarding food source/s and groceries needed weekly. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
