Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Referral bonus Crew incentives The Shift Leader (SL) requires knowledge of all operations in the restaurant, has supervisory responsibilities, and is expected to give direction. The SL should be capable of fully running a shift. It is important that they lead by example and maintain open communication with all other members of the restaurant's team, particularly the managers. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know. We offer an excellent compensation package: competitive pay - depending on experience.
