Job Summary This job posting is for Ike's at Pebble Creek Golf Course. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Lead to oversee daily culinary operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As the Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and leading line operations nightly. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and drive the success of our new and growing restaurant. Duties Lead and supervise shifts nightly Wednesday-Sunday Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations, and dietary requirements Implement and enforce food safety sanitizing procedures in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Supervise shift operations and ensuring timely service during busy periods Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency Skills Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating leadership in team management Excellent inventory management skills with the ability to control costs through effective inventory control measures Familiarity with food industry standards for sanitation procedures and safe food handling practices Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Kitchen Lead where your culinary talent combined with your leadership skills will elevate our dining experience.
