As a Shift Leader at Team Lyders, you will support daily restaurant operations, assist in training and developing team members, and ensure exceptional service for our guests. The Day-to-Day Build People Capability Supervise and support team members during shifts. Assist with training and development of new and existing team members. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders' core values. Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork. Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency. Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards. Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand. Assess and coach team members for service excellence. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards. Maintain Restaurant Operations Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization. Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement. Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards. Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks. Is This You? 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check. Valid driver's license required for banking duties. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
