$16.00/hour + $1.00
Weekend Premium Available Shifts:
1:00 PM - 9:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM Weekends and holidays required Lead the Team. Create Great Experiences. Love What You Do. What You'll Do Lead and support the team throughout each shift Coach employees and provide guidance to help them succeed Set the standard for excellent customer service Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally Oversee cash handling and ensure transactions are accurate and secure Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable Help keep the shift running efficiently and step in wherever needed Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude Requirements Must be 18 or older Reliable transportation Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred Cash handling experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with professionalism Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions Someone who leads by example and treats both customers and coworkers with respect We are committed to providing a safe work environment.
