Role Overview The Food & Beverage Lead will oversee nightly beverage operations, uphold service standards, and support the bar team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is hands‑on, hospitality‑driven, and essential to maintaining the elevated vibe of the venue. Key Responsibilities Lead and support bartenders, servers, and barbacks during service Ensure consistent execution of craft cocktails, wine service, and beer offerings Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation Oversee inventory, ordering, and product rotation Train staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement Collaborate with management to refine menus, specials, and seasonal offerings Assist with private room service flow and coordinate with the Karaoke DJ and hosts Troubleshoot equipment or service issues quickly and professionally Uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere that matches the venue's upscale identity What We're Looking For Strong background in bartending or beverage leadership Experience in craft cocktails or elevated bar programs Confident, polished communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a lively, performance‑driven environment Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing fast‑paced service Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences Familiarity with inventory systems and bar operations is a plus Why Join Us Competitive pay + tips Opportunity to help shape a brand‑new flagship nightlife concept Work with premium ingredients and top‑tier equipment Growth potential as the venue expands A fun, dynamic environment where creativity and leadership shine
