Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties:

• supervise the staff, including training
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall operations
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction

Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
