In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food quality and service, and lead a team of dedicated staff members. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a positive impact on our vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels to meet customer demand Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Support kitchen operations by coordinating food production and ensuring timely delivery of orders Assist with interviewing potential staff members and participate in staff training & development initiatives Requirements Proven supervising or team management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of service Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform inventory control tasks Knowledge of budgeting, food production, and food industry best practices is a plus Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a casual dining or fine dining setting Join us as a Supervisor/Shift Lead where your leadership will inspire excellence!
