Kitchen Lead / Lead Cook We're looking for a strong Kitchen Lead / Lead Cook to help run a high-volume kitchen focused on quality, speed, and consistency. Our restaurant takes pride in using locally sourced beef, cheeses, bacon, and fresh ingredients. We need someone who can lead by example, stay organized under pressure, and care about food quality as much as we do. What We're Looking For Strong line cooking and grill experience Ability to execute fast ticket times without sacrificing quality Keeps the kitchen clean, stocked, organized, and running smoothly Understands fryer and oil management, including recognizing when oil needs to be changed Maintains food safety and cleanliness standards at all times Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle busy rushes Ability to embrace our mission statement and menu verbiage Responsibilities Cook and assemble high-quality smash burgers and menu items Help manage kitchen flow during lunch and dinner rushes by monitoring ticket times and maintaining consistency Monitor equipment, fryer oil quality, food freshness, and kitchen organization Ability to maintain in-house and Door Dash ticket flow Qualifications Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred Grill and fryer experience required Fast-paced restaurant experience strongly preferred Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunity in a locally focused restaurant and food truck Team-oriented environment Employee meals Quality life style schedule with 3 days off, 40 hour a week workload If you take pride in quality food, work with urgency, and have the common sense to keep a line operating at a high level, we'd like to talk to you.
