We're looking for Stand Managers who are passionate about leading people, growing teams, and creating a culture where both guests and crew members thrive. What You'll Do As a Stand Manager, you'll serve as the leader of your stand and play a critical role in shaping the guest experience, developing future leaders, and driving operational excellence.

You'll:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Brewistas, Shift Leads, and Assistant Managers Create a positive, energetic, and accountability-driven culture Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members Deliver exceptional guest experiences that keep customers coming back Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and day-to-day stand operations Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently maintained Drive team engagement, recognition, and retention Develop future leaders and support career growth within the organization Partner with area leadership to achieve stand goals and business objectives What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who are: Passionate about people development Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented Strong communicators and team builders Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment Accountable, organized, and driven by results Excited to grow with a rapidly expanding organization Preferred Experience Restaurant, coffee, hospitality, retail, or customer service leadership experience Experience managing, coaching, or supervising teams Scheduling, labor management, and operational leadership experience Multi-unit or high-volume experience is a plus Why BRW Station?
