Shift Leader/Cashier

Job Summary This position features a mixed tempo . SHIFT LEAD DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Some of the things you might do as a shift lead include: Check in guests (cashier) Supervise employees and provide feedback as necessary Open and/or close the store Cook and serve food; serve beer and wine Clean Monitor Labor Interact with guests Some helpful hints for being a successful

Shift Lead:

Have a confident and positive attitude! Be observant of what's happening during a shift and adaptable to changing situations. Be comfortable with customer service (including disputes and complaints), cash handling and food service. Be able and willing to enforce polices and provide feedback to staff in a kind and constructive manner. Be prepared to receive feedback in a constructive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

We think a successful shift lead will: have 2 years customer service experience have 2 years cash handling experience have 1 year in a supervisory role be qualified to serve beer and wine (19 years of age or older) If you don't have all the above qualifications but think you will be great at the job, apply anyway! COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE

We're looking for someone who is flexible and open to working either day or night shifts , depending on schedule needs. At least one weekend day/night availability is required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a high energy environment when it's busy. Time passes quickly, it will be loud and you might have to clean gross things. When it's slow it can be boring but there's lots to do if you're self motivated. You'll occasionally be traveling over trampoline beds and other uneven surfaces. You should be ok with spending a lot of time on your feet.
