What we're looking for in the ideal candidate: Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working. Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers Has the availability to work various shifts between 2pm and 10pm with Weekend Availability. Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties Include:

taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system making food and smoothies according to brand standards prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing maintain a clean and sanitary work environment stocking and clean-up Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes Train and coach new employees Assigning duties to staff during shifts Perform food safety temperature checks Prepare nightly deposit and complete closing tasks

Salary:

Starting $15.50 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!). Increased Pay with experience and availability. There are plenty of areas for promotion as we continue to grow and expand in the community.
