• Duties
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Monitor inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Assist with food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in inventory control and managing food costs
