We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Head Leader for Food Serving to spearhead our food service operations with passion and precision. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of food service operations, including staff management, shift coordination, and customer engagement Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Train and develop staff on food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all service areas Coordinate with kitchen management to streamline food production and delivery for quick service environments Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction management Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively, including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations Background in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices within the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and team management Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of hospitality management principles including shift management, kitchen operations, and food production processes Join us as a Head Leader for Food Serving where your leadership will elevate our culinary standards while creating memorable dining experiences.
