We need a Lead Manager who: Has a passion for hospitality, food made from scratch and a keen eye for detail. Knows how to train and lead a team following and refining standards. Stays calm and collected under pressure. Plans ahead and prepares for business. Is organized, thinks ahead, and solution-oriented Communicates effectively with both staff and guests
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading your shift to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations with food service. Supervising and supporting front of house staff, overseeing guest interactions, and take out\\catering orders. Handling guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care. Monitoring service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant standards Scheduling, training, and coaching team members Overseeing cash handling, opening/closing procedures. Jumping in to help wherever needed—because teamwork matters
