Lawrence's Fish & Shrimp is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with the passion to lead by example, motivate and mentor crew members. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and waste with a focus on profitability Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Support the General Manager with operational planning, reporting, and execution Maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy work environment Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with advancement into AGM/GM responsibilities Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (QSR or fast‑casual preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Solid understanding of food safety, labor management, and basic P&L concepts Dependable, hands‑on leader with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Desire for long‑term growth into a senior management role
