Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure quality services. Qualifications:

Active Illinois RN license Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work 24-40 hours/week, including every other weekend and holidays Physical requirements involve standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., and following infection control protocols.
