Position Summary Responsible for developing and executing and maintaining solutions to meet customer needs for multiple locations. Facilitates the delivery of prepared food created from an event-specific work order. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cascades the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring the Quest vision, values and founding principles are effectively communicated, understood and practiced. Demonstrates commitment to Quest vision, values and missions through actions on a daily basis. Manage multiple staff (supervisors and hourly team members) units staff to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation and feedback, and corrective action. Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events and day-to-day operation. Leverage established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency within consumer driven offerings. Manage multiple teams to ensure quality in final presentation of food and display. Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Responsible for delivering on food and labor targets. Develop and execute strategies to achieve multiple revenue forecasts. Train and manage team members to ensure knowledge of food menus, promotional calendars, food safety, cash handling, and station requirements are met Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles. Complete and maintain all staff records including training records, schedules, and performance data. Ensure accurate reporting for multiple related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Handle mulitple events of varied size and scope, including staffing and management. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food practices. Follow all Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
Job Requirements/Specifications Education and Experience:

Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of food service and catering experience and prior experience in a management role Strong communication and client management skills Uphold HR policies and procedures Solid knowledge of financials Proficient in MS Office Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Service Manager)
