What You'll Do:
Help lead daily front-of-house dining operations, resident/client relations, and special events, in line with all applicable regulations Support FOH staffing, including onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance, alongside the Dining Operations Manager and HR Manage FOH inventory, vendor relationships, and budget-conscious ordering Oversee the POS system, menu accuracy, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling Lead daily staff meetings and shift huddles, and train FOH staff on service, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor food, service, and dining room quality while keeping FOH/BOH communication strong and morale high Support regulatory compliance through required audits, safety logs, and food handler certifications
What You'll Need:
High-volume FOH/restaurant/special event experience Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult guest or employee situations Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills Comfort with computers/email and responding quickly ServSafe certification preferred Food Handler's Card required—can be obtained onsite within the first 30 days Valid Driver's License Benefits Available to
