The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.The responsibilities of this role include:

Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of serviceMaintaining and managing the point of sale systemOverseeing front of the house labor and food presentationEnsuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspectionsQualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
