We are looking for reliable, motivated, proactive, friendly leaders. Crumbl Vernon Hills is hiring for a Shift Lead position . Looking to staff as early as 7:00am and as late as 10:30pm Monday through Saturday.
SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of 2+ crew members Provide daily shift reports Report positives and areas of opportunity Lead, coach, correct, and train employees on processes, products, policies and standards Monitor and report inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery Handle customer inquiries, minor or moderate complaints, and resolve any minor or moderate issues that may arise Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes with exactness Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies, frostings and toppings Decorate and display finished products Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer experiences Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized according to food safety standards
SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS
18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED Previous leadership experience (1 or more years) Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Notable communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Technology literacy Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Problem-solver Situational awareness Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift Lift a maximum of 50 lbs Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
