Department :
Operations Reports to : General Manager Summary Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service. a management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures,programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning. Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products; Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in our Employee Handbook including, but not limited to, image (including car topper for delivery drivers), attendance, safety and security.performance responsibilities (such as MCE readiness, food/labor costs, restaurant cleanliness, etc,)
• Contribute to profit goals, Execute cash management duties. Assist in the management of adequate inventory levels to minimize loss.

Additional Information:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and be the ability to drive Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision Work with phones, computers, fax machines and copiers Non-exempt, hourly position Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a background
