Shift Leader The Shift Leader oversees daily shift operations, leads and supports team members, and helps ensure excellent customer service, commitment to food quality, and operational compliance. This role serves as the primary floor leader by coaching team members, addressing customer concerns, overseeing shift openings and closings, and managing cash handling and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Commitment to preparing quality food products according to Naf Naf standards. Follow recipes and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing cleaning and organization tasks throughout the restaurant. Prepare food for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders. Deliver excellent guest service by communicating clearly with guests and responding to their needs. Operate the cash register and follow all cash-handling procedures. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Perform other assigned duties while following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Able to provide appropriate documentation to verify U.S. work eligibility Has reliable transportation to and from the work location Able to perform all essential functions of the position Able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency Able to perform intermediate-level math, reading, listening, and speaking in English Able to read and follow recipes and sanitation guides Able to use cooking and baking measurement tools according to recipe requirements Able to oversee a fast-paced, customer-focused store by coordinating schedules, solving problems, training team members, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to stand, walk, and move at a fast pace for the duration of the scheduled shift

Pay:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
