- Including generous PTO and career development opportunities What You'll Do Partner at the Highest Levels Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team, delivering insights on performance, risks, and opportunities Translate complex operational drivers—volume, pricing, labor, plant efficiency, commodities—into clear financial outcomes Support lender relationships, including covenant compliance, liquidity forecasting, and refinancing efforts Lead Planning & Performance Management Own and lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes Build and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with insight-driven variance analysis Develop KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making across the business Drive automation and scalability using tools like Prophix and Sage X3 Engage with Private Equity & the Board Prepare and present board-level materials and investor-ready reporting Clearly articulate EBITDA drivers, working capital trends, and strategic initiatives Support PE sponsors with deep-dive analyses, value creation tracking, and strategic reviews Drive Results & Continuous Improvement Identify and execute opportunities to enhance EBITDA, improve margins, and optimize cost structure Lead analysis across key cost drivers: labor, commodities, freight, and overhead Support M&A activity, including modeling, diligence, and integration planning Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, while modernizing processes and strengthening data integrity Champion a data-driven culture across the organization What We're Looking For 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership Experience in manufacturing, food/CPG, or industrial environments strongly preferred Background in a private equity-backed company highly desirable Proven ability to present to and influence executives, Board members, and investors Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational finance Strong understanding of cost accounting and plant-level drivers Experience with Sage X3, Prophix, or similar
