Daytime, evening and weekend availability required

JOB DESCRIPTION
Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise Schedule jobs and team Supervise, support and train crew Manage production deadlines Make sure job site and trucks look professional Learn the Spray-Net way Make sure inventory is replenished as needed Manage final payment Get hands dirty with the team Play your part in blowing the customers' mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it's the best part of our job)
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in painting & spray application
Language:
English Valid driver's license Complete our online and on-site training program Strong attention to detail Independent & self-motivated Organized Conflict management skills Strong leadership skills to manage a team Strong time management & communication skills Flexible working hours Ability to work at heights Ability to lift and move ladders
