Shift Supervisor

Johnsons Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

The Johnsons Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all employees by following applicable policies and procedures. The Johnsons Shift Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager. Johnsons Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service Assess customers needs and provide information on product features Welcome guests to the restaurant and answer their questions Adhere to all recipe guidelines Always keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment used for food preparation Follow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standards Maintain in-stocks Actively seek out customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Help team with bagging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functions needed Comply with inventory control procedures Follow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and procedures Coach employees on suggestive selling techniques Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins Lead, train, motivate, and develop team members

Experience/Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with POS transactions Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Availability to work flexible shifts Ability to life up to 35 lbs. and to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend, stoop

Hours:

The Johnsons Shift Supervisor is a full-time position, hours will vary

Salary/Income:

The Johnsons Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt, hourly position
