Arnies Shift Supervisor

Arnies Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

The Arnies Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The Arnies Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all employees by following applicable policies and procedures. The Arnies Shift Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager. Arnies Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and serviceAssess customers needs and provide information on product featuresWelcome guests to the restaurant and answer their questionsAdhere to all recipe guidelinesAlways keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment used for food preparationFollow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standardsMaintain in-stocksActively seek out customers in storeRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsProcess POS (point of sale) purchasesHelp team with packaging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functionsComply with inventory control proceduresFollow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and proceduresCoach employees on suggestive selling techniques Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-insLead, train, motivate, and develop team members

Experience/Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with POS transactionsCustomer service experienceSupervisor experienceAvailability to work flexible shiftsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. and to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend, stoop

Hours:

The Arnies Shift Supervisor is a full-time position, hours will vary

Salary/Income:

The Arnies Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt, hourly position
