Whether you're an experienced restaurant leader, a University of Notre Dame student looking to grow your leadership skills, or someone seeking a rewarding management opportunity, we'd love to have you join our team! As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating an outstanding experience for every guest. You'll coach and motivate team members, ensure Freddy's quality and hospitality standards are consistently met, oversee food safety and cleanliness, and help maintain efficient operations throughout each shift. You'll also assist with managing labor and food costs, resolving guest concerns, and creating a positive, team-oriented work environment where everyone can succeed. Located in the heart of Notre Dame's LaFortune Student Center, you'll lead a team serving students, faculty, staff, alumni, campus visitors, and members of the surrounding community in one of the university's busiest gathering places. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications: At least one year of experience in a guest-focused environment such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Outstanding guest service and a commitment to Freddy's culture of hospitality Dependability, initiative, and the ability to lead by example Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm, organized, and productive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and other restaurant technology Food service or restaurant leadership experience preferred
