Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food handling, sanitation, safety procedures, and company standards. Monitor food quality, inventory, storage, rotation, and waste control to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards. Communicate daily production needs, operational concerns, and performance issues to kitchen leadership while assisting in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction. Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Skills, Knowledge and/or
Abilities Required:
Working knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures. Ability to train, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members. Must have good organizational skills, even temperament, and ability to work well with others. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or
Testing Required:
Serv-Safe certified.
Other Specialized Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience Required 2 year(s): Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
