This role is ideal for individuals who naturally take initiative, stay calm under pressure, and want to grow into higher levels of leadership. We are seeking an energetic and motivated person, eager for growth opportunities, to join our team. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute high-volume shifts (front and/or back of house) Set the tone for energy, accountability, and service Support team members during rush periods Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational consistency Assist with training and onboarding new team members Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently All Team Leads are cross-trained and expected to lead from the floor. Qualifications Strong work ethic and initiative Ability to remain composed and organized in fast-paced environments Clear and professional communication skills Team-oriented mindset Physically able to work on your feet for extended periods Night availability required Open availability for at least 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) No formal education required Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
