Pilot Flying J is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to oversee deli operations at our travel center. In this fast-paced role, you'll lead a small team in preparing fresh food, ensuring food safety, and delivering friendly service to professional drivers and travelers. Responsibilities include opening/closing the deli, assigning tasks, monitoring quality and cleanliness, managing inventories, and assisting with training new team members. You'll model Pilot's safety and hospitality standards while helping guests get back on the road quickly. Growth opportunities and cross-training across store and fuel operations are available.
