Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining food safety standards, and providing an enjoyable experience for every visitor. Whether you're preparing delicious meals, handling transactions with precision, or bussing tables, your contribution will help us serve with passion and efficiency. Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining a tidy dining environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Experience working in a restaurant, café, retail store, or grocery environment is beneficial Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bussing tables or stocking supplies Join us if you're ready to bring your enthusiasm to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
