In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, prepares fresh poke bowls, and ensures a seamless dining experience. Duties Prepare fresh poke bowls by following established recipes and food safety standards Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, upselling ingredients or add-ons to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as TOAST POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in accordance with health regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while providing quick and efficient cashiering services Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations Support food preparation tasks like chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and cleaning kitchen equipment as needed Support food packaging and handing the food to customer. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Experience working in a restaurant, café, grocery store, or retail environment is advantageous Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings in a fast-paced setting Join us to serve up smiles with every poke bowl!
