- Planning & Continuous Improvement , you will lead a team of approximately 10-15 Production & Materials Coordinators supporting operations at Hallmark's Leavenworth Production Center.
Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production & Materials Coordinators responsible for production support, raw material planning, inventory management, reporting, purchasing support, and data accuracy. Establish priorities, remove barriers, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. Continuous Improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles, PDCA, problem solving, root cause analysis, and value stream thinking. Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve workflow efficiency, and optimize operational performance. Project Management
- Lead cross-functional projects impacting multiple departments across the Leavenworth facility. Define project objectives, manage timelines and stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure successful implementation of sustainable solutions. Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Utilize operational data to uncover opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility and drive action throughout the organization. Operational Excellence
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve production readiness, material availability, inventory accuracy, service levels, and overall plant performance.
