Area Coach:
Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs Execute company initiatives across all locations Area Coaches are required to have: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred) Proven leadership and team development skills Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience) Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations Flexible schedule and ability to travel
