Job Summary EAST and WEST side positions available. All interviews held at East location located at 3620 N Rock Rd, Wichita, KS 67226 Join our dynamic team as a Culver's Manager, where you'll lead with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and create a welcoming environment for both team members and guests. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency Manage labor percentage, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team committed to exceptional customer service Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste, FIFO Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas Assist in hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members for various roles Support shift management by coordinating daily activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management within quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and food handling safety standards Experience with relatable POS systems Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Prior experience in casual dining or quick service restaurants is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Culver's Manager to lead with passion, elevate guest experiences, and develop your career in a vibrant hospitality setting.
