Entry Level Food Service Supervisor

Entry Level Food Service Supervisors Working in Campbell County Detention Center Essential Job Functions Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in accordance with the company and the facilities policies. Prepares, assists, or instructs inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of a variety of food items in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions. Follows assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of jail meals Sign-On Bonus 1. Eligibility This policy applies to new hires who have accepted an offer of employment at Campbell County Food Services with Combined Public Communications. Employees must be in good standing, with no disciplinary actions or performance issues, to receive the bonus. 2. Bonus Structure A total sign-on bonus of $1000 will be provided in two installments: $500 after completing 3 months (90 days) of continuous employment. An additional $500 after completing 6 months (180 days) of continuous employment.
