This role is vital in ensuring that all kitchen activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to manage a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies
