Food & Nutritional Serv-Diet Thibodaux, LA Support Services Full Time, Rotating, 6AM-1PM, 6AM-730PM, 12PM-730PM Posted 05/08/2026 Req # 7335 Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen and cafeteria workers, preparing and cooking foods for hospital patients, staff, and visitors. Educational and/or
Professional Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous Experience:
1. Extensive food services experience, preferably five years minimum in a professional setting. A two-year food service degree may substitute for work experience.
Other Special Training/Skills:
1. Knowledge of general diets and policies for quality control in food service. 2. Computer literate. 3. Numerical and clerical ability to calculate recipe and menu formulations.
