Those who are friendly and outgoing, as well as organized, are highly valuable for this position. The Longwood Grille + Bar is a busy and energetic restaurant and the applicant must be able to multitask and encourage this atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

Encourage teamwork and helpfulness during busy times Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage restaurant personnel Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within the restaurant industry Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience in a free-standing restaurant or hotel restaurant preferred Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Open availability to work varying shifts Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated atmosphere while delivering outstanding service to the restaurant and its employees
