This role includes working direct labor shifts (Bartending and serving both in the Restaurant and Event Center), managing the FOH schedule, ordering alcohol, hiring and training FOH employees, processing payroll, and working and supervising the Event Center banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Scheduling:
Maintain the FOH work schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels following the companies labor metrics. Monitor attendance and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate operational needs. 2.
Alcohol Inventory Management:
Order and manage inventory of alcoholic beverages to ensure proper stock levels. Ensure all alcoholic beverages have a recipe card in Cogswell. 3.
Hiring & Training:
Recruit, interview, and hire FOH employees to build a strong team. Implement comprehensive training programs for new staff, focusing on service standards, product knowledge, and compliance with health and safety regulations. 4.
Support & Supervision:
Provide guidance and support to FOH staff during service hours to ensure high-quality service delivery. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving for positive resolutions. 5.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll for FOH employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain records of employee hours and attendance for payroll submission. 6.
Event Center Oversight:
Supervise the planning and execution of banquets and events held in the Event Center. Collaborate with the Sales Team, BQT Staff and Executive Chef to ensure all customer requirements are met and the service is executed smoothly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including alcohol regulations and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in point-of-sales (POS) systems and payroll software.

The employee typically encounters water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and products. The employee is frequently required to wash their hands. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
