A day in the life...The Restaurant Supervisor at Cuvee Bistro plays a critical role in delivering a refined, approachable coastal dining experience aligned with Relais & Ch teaux and Forbes service standards. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership position responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team execution.

This role requires an individual who leads by example, maintains a strong presence on the floor, and supports both front- and back-of-house teams in delivering consistent, high-level hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service ExecutionLead daily service with a constant presence on the floorEnsure all guests are greeted, engaged, and recognized in a timely and professional mannerMonitor pacing, table maintenance, and overall service flowResolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staffReinforce service standards, appearance, and professionalismAssist with onboarding and ongoing training of team membersHold team members accountable for attendance, punctuality, and performanceOperational ExecutionOversee opening and closing proceduresEnsure proper staffing levels and coverage throughout serviceCoordinate with the kitchen to maintain communication and execution standardsSupport POS (Toast) operations, including troubleshooting and accuracyFinancial & Performance AwarenessSupport initiatives to drive revenue, including wine and beverage salesMonitor check averages and encourage upselling through proper service techniquesMaintain awareness of labor productivity and efficiencyStandards & ComplianceEnsure adherence to Noble House, Forbes, and Relais & Ch teaux service standardsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areasSupport compliance with Massachusetts labor laws and company policiesYou own this if you have 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory roleExperience in upscale, boutique hotel or fine dining environments preferredStrong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage serviceExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWe ve got you covered At The Chatham Inn, we are proud to offer our team members the best perks and benefits.
