Lead the Food. Drive the Experience. Grow the Business. We're looking for a Food Service Leader to own our food program and help deliver a fresh, clean, and consistent customer experience. Who we are : We are a retail and wholesale petroleum company that services Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Our Retail Convenience stores operate under the Garrett's Family Market and Rapid Refill Brands.

What You'll Do:

Keep food areas stocked, fresh, clean, and ready for customers. Manage ordering, inventory, pars, and waste. Follow food safety, quality, and rotation standards. Execute food builds, sampling, promotions, and new product launches. Drive food sales through great presentation and customer engagement. Support and coach team members as the store's food expert. Partner with store leadership to improve results.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of food service experience Food safety and sanitation knowledge Strong communication and accountability Inventory/ordering experience preferred Hands-on, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you're passionate about food, take ownership, and want to make an impact, we want you on our team! The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications.
