We offer a unique experience for our patrons, featuring a wide selection of classic and contemporary arcade games, a fully stocked bar, and a lively atmosphere. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to lead our team and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Job Description:
  • The Arcade Bar Lead will be responsible for overseeing a portion of the daily operations of the arcade bar, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for gaming and hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the arcade and bar.
  • Supervise and motivate a team.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain inventory levels for both the bar and arcade, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
  • Train and develop staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bar lead or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of arcade games and bar operations.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business management is a plus.
