Job Description
Position Summary As a Shift Leader, we are looking for a realiable and motivated candidate. You'll be working closely with the management team to support daily operations, keep the team on track, and providing excellent customer service. You will be asked to train and motivate team members. This is a hands on role where you will be leading by example. Responsibilities Support managers in running smooth and efficient shifts Provide excellent customer service Be proficient in communication with both the management team and team members Keep the team productive and on task even on slow days Step into any position when needeed to Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards are met Coach and movtivate team members Train new hires, fine tune expierenced team members Lead by example Who we're looking for Someone 18 years or older Has 1 year retail or restaurant experience (leadership position preferred) With reliable transportation Able to lift 50 pounds Has basic math and cash handling skills Has the willingness to learn and grow Someone that acts as a leader and mentor, not just as a supervisor
